Creative Short Film Activity for Groups: A Unique Cinematic Experience
Team & Unity presents the film festival of the year: Cinema Craft!
The group will be divided into different production teams competing to create the best short film and win the Oscar. Teams will receive essential materials for their film (costumes, props, makeup, etc.) and an iPad that will serve as their recording and editing tool. The first step is to strategically assign roles: producer, director, screenwriters, camera operator, head of makeup, costume designer, editors, actors… Once the roles and action plan are defined, the action begins!
Filming a movie includes key stages that teams must consider if they want their final result to lead them to victory, such as: defining the theme and storyline; writing the script, dialogues, and actions; creating a storyboard; finding locations for scenes; dressing and making up the actors; acting out the story; editing the video while adjusting sound and adding special effects; and reviewing and refining the final product to impress the jury.
More than just a competition or a fun experience, this activity is an ideal representation of team communication, leadership, time management, role distribution, teamwork, conflict resolution, cooperation, and creativity.
The theme and set are fully customizable and adaptable to client needs. We can organize it at a hotel, restaurant, or designated space, or even use the city as a backdrop. It’s up to you! Contact us without obligation for more information about our Cinema Craft.
Cinema Craft allows teams to experience a unique team-building activity, exploring the art of storytelling through cinema. As Antonio Banderas said, ‘Cinema is a tool of transformation‘; in Cinema Craft, each group has the chance to create and share their own cinematic vision, turning ideas into shared stories.

This initial phase fosters group cohesion and prepares participants for a day full of creativity and teamwork
1,2,3... ACTION!
Teams will distribute roles within their production team and establish their shooting plan. Their mission is to design, create, film, and edit their own short film, using the city or their location as their set. This phase brings out creativity and coordination, as participants work together to bring their ideas to life and capture each scene in a natual way
Editing and Final Touches

Premiere Night of the Short Films
Once the allocated time is up, teams will gather to watch the short films produced by each group (depending on whether screening is possible).
